From team building to seminars, conferences and meetings, our goal is to offer businesses a new approach to events and gatherings. We work with companies looking to offer their guests a unique, bespoke experience in a tranquil and green setting in the French countryside. Choosing the perfect place to host your company event can be difficult but at Le Nid de Plumes, our corporate clients have a selection of spaces to choose from to perfectly fit their event.

The Plumasserie can be found downstairs and is our largest indoor area. The Enchanted Forest, which is close to the main building, can host beautiful outdoor cocktail parties. You can also dine under the festoon lights, a stone’s throw away from our very own squirrel village and mushroom meadow – there is even an outdoor fire-pit! This enchanted space will impress your guests and is an ideal location for hosting yoga retreats and photography shoots too.

The Gallery is upstairs and comes equipped with a large table and chairs for people attending a meeting along with ample Wi-Fi and plugs for computers. This private event space offers a beautiful view of the forest and natural lighting. Adjacent to the meeting room is the Birdcage, a dining area that is colourfully decorated to invigorate the senses during breaks and meals. The upstairs also has toilet facilities exclusive to your event as well as its own private staircase entrance.

Catering

We work with the best caterers in the area to guarantee an impressive service on the day. They in turn offer us superb bespoke menus and a professional service, delivering an exceptional experience before, during and after your event. Some catering options that work well in our spaces are sit down meals, cocktails, buffets, vintage Afternoon Tea, BBQs, Brasero cooking, spit roast pigs and picnics. For something a little different, we can also organise a food truck.

Our wonderful wine and drinks suppliers are ready to create a quote for you. We also assist in sourcing waiting staff and bar staff. Most of our selected caterers can provide other beverages – please contact us for more information.

We see each of our events right through from the beginning to the end. Hence we will be there with you on the day or night until needed, to let you enjoy the event and know that it is in the safe hands of experts.

Recycling

We do not charge a cleaning fee. However, we have a waste charge depending on the size of the event – which also includes the disposal of glass bottles. We assure all clients that we take every measure to comply with recycling guidelines for a greener planet.

Seminar Options

The Plumasserie

Located downstairs, The Plumasserie offers 3 separate event space options. It comes with an outdoor terrace, which is suitable for 50 guests. The main room offers a beautifully lit space, that remains true to its roots as an old factory, with industrial styled fixtures and pillars within the room. The lighting at night offers a wonderful glow, with a sea of 150 light bulbs encased in felt. This event space can welcome up to 120 people seated or 200 people standing.

The Fridge

Originally the fridge of the feather factory, this speakeasy-style space is hidden behind 10cm thick doors and is located off the main room. The Fridge has been carefully designed for a DJ to easily set up their equipment. It is minimally furnished and a dance floor can be added on request. Equipped with a gold mirror ball and the option to put a bar inside, this area is a great way to wind-down and end your evening.

The Enchanted Forest

The Enchanted Forest is 30 feet from the main building and comes equipped with a great cocktail area, a built-in campfire and some other nice areas to be enjoyed. Hidden behind its own gates, at night this beautiful dwelling becomes even more enchanting with its lighting effects and beautiful atmosphere. The forest can stay open until 12am.

The Birdcage & Gallery

Situated upstairs, The Gallery can facilitate up to 80 people for a classroom-style board meeting. AV equipment is available to use. The room offers air-conditioning and heating in the colder months. Simply decorated with plants and dimmable spot lighting, this area works well for corporate meetings or small conferences. Next door is The Birdcage, a vibrant event room decorated to compliment the forest view. This space is ideal for a private lunch or dinner during, or following a working day. It is also a good break-away room during meetings.
